Roland D. Boyd III, Esq.

Founding Partner

Attorney Roland Boyd founded Pinellas Family Lawyer, PLLC, in January 2019. He has three children and is divorced, so he understands the divorce process from both a personal and legal standpoint. Attorney Boyd graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2018, is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is an active member of the Clearwater Bar.

Kathryn Collier, Esq.

Partner

Attorney Kathryn Collier has a background as a trial attorney handling multi-million dollar cases in and out of court. She has been able to apply her complex litigation background to the family law field, making her a great addition to the Pinellas Family Lawyer team. Attorney Collier was part of the Law Review at Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated in 2017.

Abigail Walters, Esq.

Associate

Attorney Abigail Walters graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2022. She began her legal career as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office, specializing in domestic violence cases. Attorney Walters has been able to apply her skills, experience, and knowledge of domestic violence and criminal law to other family law cases, including high-conflict divorces.
